SOLVENT BASED PAINT
Paints thinned with thinner are called "solvent based". Solvent-based paints give off odor during application and drying. For this reason, the painted areas should be ventilated for a few days and if possible, the application should be done with a mask. Solvent-based paints need a long time to dry. Its cleaning, on the other hand, contains harmful side effects as it is not easily carried out without the help of chemical solvents. Today, satin and plastic paints are preferred in wall paints, solvent-based paints are used to paint wooden doors, windows and metals.
